The patch titled
     Subject: mm/cma_debug.c: remove blank lines before DEFINE_SIMPLE_ATTRIBUTE()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-cma_debugc-remove-blank-lines-before-define_simple_attribute.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
