The patch titled
     Subject: ocfs2: take inode lock when get clusters
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ocfs2-take-inode-lock-when-get-clusters.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: ocfs2: take inode lock when get clusters

We need take inode lock when calling ocfs2_get_clusters.
And use GFP_NOFS instead of GFP_KERNEL.
