The patch titled
     Subject: mips-extract-logic-for-mmap_rnd-v4
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mips-extract-logic-for-mmap_rnd-v4.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mips-extract-logic-for-mmap_rnd.patch
