The patch titled
     Subject: hugetlbfs-add-minimum-size-accounting-to-subpools-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     hugetlbfs-add-minimum-size-accounting-to-subpools-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into hugetlbfs-add-minimum-size-accounting-to-subpools.patch
