The patch titled

     x86-microcode-add-sysfs-and-hotplug-support-fix

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     x86-microcode-add-sysfs-and-hotplug-support-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into x86-microcode-add-sysfs-and-hotplug-support.patch
