The patch titled

     drivers/scsi/gdth.h: removal of old scsi code

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     drivers-scsi-gdthh-removal-of-old-scsi-code.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
