[merged] fs-affs-superc-fix-switch-indentation.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: fs/affs/super.c: fix switch indentation
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-affs-superc-fix-switch-indentation.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
