The patch titled
     Subject: ocfs2: complete the rest request through buffer io
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ocfs2-complete-the-rest-request-through-buffer-io.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
