[merged] ext2-remove-xipc-and-xiph.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: ext2: remove xip.c and xip.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ext2-remove-xipc-and-xiph.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
