From: Joe Perches <joe@xxxxxxxxxxx>
Subject: checkpatch: make sure a commit reference description uses parentheses

The preferred style for a commit reference in a commit log is:

    commit <foo> ("<title line>")

A recent commit removed this check for parentheses. Add it back.
