[merged] checkpatch-allow-comments-in-macros-tested-for-single-statements.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: checkpatch: Allow comments in macros tested for single statements
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     checkpatch-allow-comments-in-macros-tested-for-single-statements.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
