The patch titled
     Subject: mm: add p[te|md] protnone helpers for use by NUMA balancing
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-add-p-protnone-helpers-for-use-by-numa-balancing.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
