The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     powerpc-add-running_clock-for-powerpc-to-prevent-spurious-softlockup-warnings-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into powerpc-add-running_clock-for-powerpc-to-prevent-spurious-softlockup-warnings.patch
