- x86-trivial-move-of-ptep_set_access_flags.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     x86: trivial move of ptep_set_access_flags

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     x86-trivial-move-of-ptep_set_access_flags.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
