The patch titled
     Subject: docs-procs-describe-proc-pid-map_files-entry-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     docs-procs-describe-proc-pid-map_files-entry-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into docs-procs-describe-proc-pid-map_files-entry.patch
