The patch titled

     mm/: make functions static

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     mm-make-functions-static.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

This patch makes the following needlessly global functions static:
- slab.c: kmem_find_general_cachep()
- swap.c: __page_cache_release()
- vmalloc.c: __vmalloc_node()
