- frv-optimise-ffs.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     FRV: Optimise ffs()

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     frv-optimise-ffs.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Optimise ffs(x) by using fls(x & x - 1) which we optimise to use the SCAN
instruction.
