The patch titled

     mm: do not check unpopulated zones for draining and counter updates

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     do-not-check-unpopulated-zones-for-draining-and-counter.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

If a zone is unpopulated then we do not need to check for pages that are to
be drained and also not for vm counters that may need to be updated.
