The patch titled

     Define easier to handle GFP_THISNODE

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     define-easier-to-handle-gfp_thisnode.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

In many places we will need to use the same combination of flags.  Specify
a single GFP_THISNODE definition for ease of use in gfp.h.
