The patch titled

     slab: extract __kmem_cache_destroy from kmem_cache_destroy

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     slab-extract-__kmem_cache_destroy-from-kmem_cache_destroy.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The ability to free memory allocated to a slab cache is also useful if an
error occurs during setup of a slab.  So extract the function.
