[merged] mm-debug-pagealloc-prepare-boottime-configurable-on-off.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm/debug_pagealloc: remove obsolete Kconfig options
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-debug-pagealloc-prepare-boottime-configurable-on-off.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

These are obsolete since e30825f1869a ("mm/debug-pagealloc: prepare
boottime configurable") was merged.  So remove them.
