The patch titled

     bootmem: remove useless parentheses in bootmem header file

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     bootmem-remove-useless-parentheses-in-bootmem-header.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
