The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: update ivtv mailing lists as subscriber-only
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-update-ivtv-mailing-lists-as-subscriber-only.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
