The patch titled
     Subject: fsnotify: unify inode and mount marks handling
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fsnotify-unify-inode-and-mount-marks-handling.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

There's lot of common code in inode and mount marks handling.  Factor it
out to common helper function.
