The patch titled
     Subject: memcg: free kmem cache id on css offline
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     memcg-free-kmem-cache-id-on-css-offline.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/memcg-free-kmem-cache-id-on-css-offline.patch
		echo and later at

This will allow new kmem active cgroups to reuse the id and therefore the
caches used by the dead memory cgroup.
