The patch titled
     Subject: lib/scatterlist: fix memory leak with scsi-mq
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     lib-scatterlist-fix-memory-leak-with-scsi-mq.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
