The patch titled
     Subject: fs/affs/file.c: fix shadow warnings
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-affs-filec-fix-shadow-warnings.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

4 functions declared variables twice resulting in shadow warnings.  This
patch renames internal variables and adds blank line after declarations.
