The patch titled
     Subject: MAINTAINERS: linaro-mm-sig is moderated
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     maintainers-linaro-mm-sig-is-moderated.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
