The patch titled

     improve SECURITY_SELINUX_POLICYDB_VERSION_MAX{,_VALUE} help texts

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     selinux-enable-configuration-of-max-policy-version-improve-security_selinux_policydb_version_max_value-help-texts.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into selinux-enable-configuration-of-max-policy-version.patch
