The patch titled

     AVR32: asm/io.h should include asm/byteorder.h

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     avr32-asm-ioh-should-include-asm-byteorderh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into avr32-arch.patch

The {in,out}[bwl] macros use byte order conversion macros, so we
need to include asm/byteorder.h from asm/io.h.
