The patch titled
     Subject: ocfs2: quorum: add a log for node not fenced
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ocfs2-quorum-add-a-log-for-node-not-fenced.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

For debug use, we can see from the log whether the fence decision is made
and why it is not fenced.
