The patch titled

     page migration: replace radix_tree_lookup_slot with radix_tree_lockup (warnings)

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     cleanup-radix_tree_derefreplace_slot-calling-conventions-warning-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into radix-tree-rcu-lockless-readside.patch
