The patch titled
     Subject: fs/reiserfs: replace not-standard %Lu/%Ld
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-reiserfs-replace-not-standard-%lu-%ld.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
