The patch titled
     Subject: checkpatch: add for_each tests to indentation and brace tests
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     checkpatch-add-for_each-tests-to-indentation-and-brace-tests.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

All the various for_each loop macros were not tested for
trailing brace on the following lines and for bad indentation.

Add them.
