[merged] mm-mark-fault_around_bytes-__read_mostly.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm: mark fault_around_bytes __read_mostly
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-mark-fault_around_bytes-__read_mostly.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

fault_around_bytes can only be changed via debugfs. Let's mark it
read-mostly.
