[merged] mm-cma-clean-up-cma-allocation-error-path.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: mm, CMA: clean-up CMA allocation error path
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-cma-clean-up-cma-allocation-error-path.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

We can remove one call sites for clear_cma_bitmap() if we first
call it before checking error number.
