[merged] slab-change-int-to-size_t-for-representing-allocation-size.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: slab: change int to size_t for representing allocation size
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slab-change-int-to-size_t-for-representing-allocation-size.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

It is better to represent allocation size in size_t rather than int.
So change it.
