The patch titled
     Subject: mm: fix page_alloc.c kernel-doc warnings
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-fix-page_allocc-kernel-doc-warnings.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
