- mtd-maps-ixp4xx-partition-parsing.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled

     mtd/maps: ixp4xx partition parsing

has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename is

     mtd-maps-ixp4xx-partition-parsing.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

If the amount of flash is not divisible by 2 then the mask in
parse_mtd_partitions would fail to work as designed.  Passing in the base
address corrects this problem.
