The patch titled
     Subject: drivers/infiniband/hw/cxgb4/device.c: fix 32-bit builds
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     drivers-infiniband-hw-cxgb4-devicec-fix-32-bit-builds.patch

This patch was dropped because an alternative patch was merged
