+ slub-remove-kmemcg-id-from-create_unique_id.patch added to -mm tree

The patch titled
     Subject: slub: remove kmemcg id from create_unique_id
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     slub-remove-kmemcg-id-from-create_unique_id.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/slub-remove-kmemcg-id-from-create_unique_id.patch
and later at

Subject: slub: remove kmemcg id from create_unique_id

This function is never called for memcg caches, because they are
unmergeable, so remove the dead code.
