The patch titled
     Subject: panic-add-taint_softlockup-fix
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     panic-add-taint_softlockup-fix.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/panic-add-taint_softlockup-fix.patch
and later at
