The patch titled
     Subject: memcg-mm-introduce-lowlimit-reclaim-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcg-mm-introduce-lowlimit-reclaim-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was withdrawn
