The patch titled
Subject: ocfs2: remove some unused code
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
     ocfs2-remove-some-unused-codes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

From: Xue jiufei <xuejiufei@xxxxxxxxxx>
Subject: ocfs2: remove some unused code

dlm_recovery_ctxt.received is unused.

ocfs2_should_refresh_lock_res() can only return 0 or 1, so the error
handling code in ocfs2_super_lock() is unneeded.
