The patch titled
     Subject: mm-vmscan-do-not-throttle-based-on-pfmemalloc-reserves-if-node-has-no-zone_normal-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-vmscan-do-not-throttle-based-on-pfmemalloc-reserves-if-node-has-no-zone_normal-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-vmscan-do-not-throttle-based-on-pfmemalloc-reserves-if-node-has-no-zone_normal.patch
