The patch titled
     Subject: mm-memcontrol-remove-hierarchy-restrictions-for-swappiness-and-oom_control-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-memcontrol-remove-hierarchy-restrictions-for-swappiness-and-oom_control-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-memcontrol-remove-hierarchy-restrictions-for-swappiness-and-oom_control.patch
