The patch titled
Subject: memcg: get rid of memcg_create_cache_name
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
     memcg-get-rid-of-memcg_create_cache_name.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/memcg-get-rid-of-memcg_create_cache_name.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/memcg-get-rid-of-memcg_create_cache_name.patch

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
   a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
   b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
   c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

Subject: memcg: get rid of memcg_create_cache_name

Instead of calling back to memcontrol.c from kmem_cache_create_memcg in
order to just create the name of a per memcg cache, let's allocate it in
place. We only need to pass the memcg name to kmem_cache_create_memcg for
that - everything else can be done in slab_common.c.
