The patch titled
     Subject: mm: x86 pgtable: drop unneeded preprocessor ifdef
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mm-x86-pgtable-drop-unneeded-preprocessor-ifdef.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mm-x86-pgtable-drop-unneeded-preprocessor-ifdef.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mm-x86-pgtable-drop-unneeded-preprocessor-ifdef.patch

_PAGE_BIT_FILE (bit 6) is always less than _PAGE_BIT_PROTNONE (bit 8), so
drop redundant #ifdef.
