The patch titled
     Subject: asm/system.h: clean asm/system.h from docs
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     asm-systemh-clean-asm-systemh-from-docs.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Clean asm/system.h from docs as nothing should refer to that header anymore.
