The patch titled
     Subject: mmnuma-reorganize-change_pmd_range-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mmnuma-reorganize-change_pmd_range-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mmnuma-reorganize-change_pmd_range.patch
